Renegade

I am a certified Renegade Kettlebell instructor. I live in Coram, New York on Long Island (Suffolk County). I am available to help teach Kettlebell lifting with the Renegade approach. It is simple, fun, and relatively easy to learn. It’s not a cop out for hard work, though!! I will post more as time goes on. I just wanted to introduce myself.
